FAQ:Enrolling A New Employee

1. Consult your Employee/Card Number Record. Determine a free card number for the employee. Now would also be a good time to confirm their classification, cost centre etc, and add this information to your records.
2. Create a new Employee in the Timeminder Software, entering the relevant details.
3. If necessary, enrol the Employee on the fingerprint/keypad clock with a four digit PIN that matches their card number
