The case is manufactured from polyester UL 94-5VA flammability material, with a hinged and latched lid for easy access with no tools required. The heavy duty plastic casing is resistant to weather and chemical agents. IP66 rating is the highest possible for dust, and the highest non-immersion rating for water penetration.
